Delayed Cataloguing of calls

During January 1st 2023, the support team received an alarm of calls not being catalogued globally.
The investigation found that the SAS Tokens which allow for secure transfer control of calls between Teams Bot recorders and IXCloud were not renewed correctly. The tokens were reissued, and calls were sync'd up for the duration of the outage. All calls were resynced by January 2nd, 2023.
