Failures in Client ID and Secret authentication against the MS Graph platform caused one of the IXRecordobots to unsuccessfully authenticate API calls to Graph today. This resulted in loss of recordings to any customers on the our USAE-NA bot that were not leveraging paired redundant bots in their solution. We worked alongside the relevant partners to have this issue resolved and are happy to report its resolution as of 16:45 EST. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this fix.
