Failure in bot infrastructure causing missing or delayed calls

During the day on October 20th, the team noticed multiple errors stemming from the bots in our German region. All other bots were unaffected during this time. The resulting errors caused a cascading effect which could result in recording not being signaled correctly. The errors have been mitigated as of 23:30 UTC on October 20th. The root cause of the outage is under investigation between Microsoft and our engineering team and information will be updated as it becomes available.
